A Call for Support
The NIT Calicut Alumni Association (NITCAA), Cochin Chapter, is proud to announce the near completion of its new office building. This structure is one of a kind, embodying the spirit of innovation and community that defines our alumni network. The superstructure of the building is now complete, marking a significant milestone in our journey. However, the interior work is yet to be finished, and we need your support to bring this vision to fruition.
A Hub for Innovation and Collaboration
The new building is more than just an office; it is a symbol of our collective aspirations. Designed to host a coworking space, it will serve as a hub for innovation, collaboration, and networking among our alumni and the broader community. This space will provide a dynamic environment where ideas can flourish, and opportunities can be created.

Generating Income for Sustainability
One of the unique aspects of this project is its potential to generate income. The coworking space will be available for rent, providing a steady revenue stream to support the association’s activities and initiatives. This sustainable approach ensures that the building will not only serve immediate needs but also contribute to the long-term growth and stability of the association.
The Journey So Far
The construction of the superstructure has been a monumental task, accomplished through the dedication and hard work of our community. From the initial design phase to the completion of the main structure, every step has been a testament to our commitment and resilience. This achievement is a collective victory, one that we can all be proud of.

The Road Ahead
While we celebrate the progress made, we recognize that the journey is not yet complete. The interior work remains to be done, including furnishing, electrical installations, and other essential amenities. This next phase is crucial to transforming the building into a fully functional and welcoming space.
A Call for Support
We are reaching out to our alumni, friends, and well-wishers to join us in this final push. Your contributions can make a significant difference, helping us complete the interior work and bring the building to life. Every donation, no matter the size, is a step closer to realizing our shared vision.
